The CSI certified program is to ensure that you, the customer receives

top quality, nutritious produce that:

• is from non-GMO seeds

• uses only natural organic soil amendments

• is chemical free

• is rigorously tracked through-out the process 

• is verified by an annual third-party audit

• $15/week Ordered weekly

• $5 Delivery

• $220/season + $80 del.

• 3installments $100

​Weekly orders must be in by Monday 7p.m.

​

Seasonal orders must be pre-paid upon sign-up (season)  or in three equal installments: first upon signing up and then by July 9th and August 20Th, 2021.  Delivery to pick-up location in Sault Ste. Marie (Wednesdays) and Elliot Lake (Thursdays).

What might you expect? Boxes are filled by “Farmer’s Choice” from seasonal crops as available.

 

JUNE - leaf lettuce, romaine, salad bowl lettuce, spinach, rhubarb, radishes, green onions, chives, peas, beans, beet tops, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, basil, cilantro, dill weed

JULY - beans, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, celery, cucumbers, eggplant, kale, garlic, kohlrabi, lettuce, green onions, peas, sweet green pepper, radish, spinach, zucchini, swiss chard, tomatoes, herbs

AUGUST - as July plus corn, potatoes, leeks, onions, red peppers

SEPTEMBER - as August plus squash and pumpkins

 

For example: Our Small Box (example only) items will vary from week to week and may not exactly match the example…) 4 oz salad bowl lettuce, 4 oz spinach, 1 bunch gr. Onion 3 carrots, 1-pint peas, ½ pint beans, ½ pint cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber,  1 pkg, herbs, 2 potatoes

In peak season, extra vegetables such as beans, cucumbers, peas tomatoes and beets may be available by the ½ bushel sizes for canning or freezing.
